Programme Methodology includes:

  • Providing Executive Management with regular and timely information on project progress,
  • Managing the PMO team in the coordination, planning and tracking of projects for the Executive Management team,
  • Facilitating project documentation and progress reporting, monitoring and controlling,
  • Managing and drive progress reviews through frequent Project Progress meetings with all key project managers to determine accurate project status information,
  • Identifying, quantifying, and follow up issues likely to cause risk or delays to projects, providing potential solutions, resolving cross-functionally Project and Programme issues,
  • Managing Third-party and suppliers where they are responsible for acceptance testing and implementation
  • Providing leadership and direction for End to End service integration and testing, interfacing various products with each other,
  • Ensuring that the business rules and processes are fully implemented and tested,
  • Providing advice, training and knowledge transfer (and mentoring) of team members, encouraging the development and usage of project management tools and techniques.
